Favorite professor I had at UMB. Not only does he know kinesiology inside and out, but his teaching method is extremely applicable to the practical health fields (i.e. PT, OT, chiropractic). He answered every question clearly and I learned more useful info in this course than any other EHS course by FAR.

This class was ridiculous. Tim knows his stuff and its a great lecturer, for sure. He explains things so that you know exactly what he's talking about. The problem is he only gave a few quizzes at the beginning of the semester and then nothing else. Final is cumulative, he likes tricky questions, so studying weekly is a must.

He's a chiropractor, so his perspective differs from other EHS profs. He counts attendance as part of the grade, so go to class. His teaching style is lecturing and he physically demonstrates concepts. He uses real world analogies to reinforce material. His tests are multiple choice but tricky. I still ended up with an A-.

It's hard to believe that he has been regarded as a bad teacher.Maybe his approach just matched my learning style. Whatever the case may be, I can't say enough good things about him. There is no comparison between his courses and other EHS courses. He is clearly better than the rest. It was a pleasure taking three courses with him.

Great, funny guy. He knows his stuff for sure but I got the impression that he thinks we all know the same info he does. Quizzes are on the tougher side but I liked the class
