She knew her material. The required legend for each design was to help you communicate the composition and also to prepare students to talk about their work when it came down to critique.

I don't see what all the fusses are about. Personally, I think she is a really good professor and her class was real easy. Don't be shy to approach her. Just ask her questions and she's willing to help you out. She does not ask for much. All you have to do is to show that you are interested and motivated to do the work.

Ms. Chai is very engaging, but you have to show interest in the subject first. Steer clear if you're looking for an easy A, because you won't be able to play her and slack off. I've also heard that her morning classes aren't great ? she's a self-professed caffeine drinker who doesn't function well in the AM. Take her evening/afternoon courses.

OH MY GOSH! She is a total bummer all around. Does not help you whatsoever. It's apparent that she could care less about your work. Do NOT take her! You'll regret it. It's just going to be a really crappy semester if you do.

This class is ridiculous! Not what I expected at all. She makes you do all these insane design projects that require LEGENDS that you need to type out. She is very harsh on grading. You also have to take a quiz involving words you'll never see or use again!

there were three white kids, all attempted to listen... well, least i did.. all of us were failing... the only "concern" to student about your grade is the print out she makes u.. nothing encouraging, and monotone. shes emotionless, and ONLY likes HER design ideas, ART IS ART, DONT take her. i have ntohing else to say about her..
