I loved his class! He is a difficult teacher, but if you're there to learn or even be mildly entertained then you picked the right guy.

Opinions are divided. Here's the deal: Dr. Aaij is not the type of prof that will let you bs his class and give you the grade you want. If you just want the grade and don't care about learning or a good time, then don't take him. But if you want to learn and can appreciate an intelligent sense of humor, take his class. He's one of the best i think

He's awesome! He's very funny and really likes to treat his students like adults. Goes off on tangents and many class conversations are not about anything having to do with literature, but it keeps you interested. All in all a very cool guy.

Dr. Aaij was incredible. I loved this class. Although he can be a little biased to others' beliefs; he grades fair and the class was pretty easy
