Had her for Poetry study. Great teacher. Cares about students. Fun and funny. Made class interesting, even though it was super insanely early in the morning.

Very personable so it's easy to approach for help. The workload is manageable & is expected of a college student: you'll be working on two papers every week w/ additional assignments on the side. At the end of the semester there will be an 8-10 pg paper due, but don't fret you'll be working on it piece by piece. Great class w/ great instructor!

Amazing teacher. There are 2 recitations, reaction papers. but overall, its not too challenging. just do your work..and youll be fine. you have to have a knack for poetry though, if you don't you might find it difficult.

She is a very nice person, but she chooses the weirdest topics for her class. Transgender culture? Why is she teaching an English class about transvestites in history? People felt uncomfortable and confused for a week. Only take this class if you are interested in the topic.
