Great professor. Diana's teaching style autmatically puts you at ease and makes you want to learn. She is very passionate about the subject yet her passion doesn't get in the way of her logic. However, if you prefer a left of center approach to economics you will be let down by her sound arguments.
Very organized class! She posts review questions online w/ the answers to help students prepare for the exams. But, don?t memorize the questions. The questions were easy; but, when you get the exam the questions seems nothing like what you studied for. Just show up for the lectures, take notes, work through the review questions and you?ll do fine!
One of the most organized and knowlegable professors at mason. Her lecutres break down the content of the book in an easier form so you can understand it better. Her tests and assignments are very fair, is a honest grader. Pay attention in class and read the chapters in advance to keep grasp and pace with the class, you will get an A.
Probably the most organized class I've taken. You have 22 short online quizzes to take before each class, 5 1 page papers to summarize learning, 1 book project (your final), and 1 group project. Diana is a grad student so it's not boring...Overall very easy and a very straight forward class that I'd recommend to anyone.
