CHEM1000 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Barely cracked it open Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Professor Jurkowitz is so much fun. He's, like, completely insane. And brilliant. Definitely take his classes! You'll learn so much, and I'd bet that even those who don't usually like chemistry will fall in love with it once they've heard him talk about it.

DO NOT BUY TEXT BOOK. I love this guy. He is my favorite professor. All lectures are done on a powerpoint presentation. All powerpoints, labs, test and quiz guides are on his website. This is basically a rehash of high school chem. If you liked it in HS, you will probably get an A.

CHEM1030 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

This guy is seriously the best professor i've ever had. I had no interest in chemistry at all when i had to sign up for his class, and i thought i would fail. He is very generous, helpful, hilarious, understanding, thorough. Gives lots of extra credit. Makes the class very fun. I would highly recommend taking a class with him.

very nice and funny, very easy class. he drops the lowest exam, quiz, and lab grades, and gives extra credit for answering questions with a clicker in class.

Jurkowitz is a funny guy and is the quintessential chemistry professor. All his exams are multiple choice and if you pay attention, do the lab reports and study, a good grade is achievable for almost anyone.

good teacher, kind of the sterio-typical college chemisty professor with the glasses, lab coat, high voice and strange jokes, but a good teacher none the less, makes sure you inderstand the material
