Textbook readings didn't match information given during lecture. Expectations for the projects were outlandish. Gossiping as well as bashing people in the department were practiced openly and freely during class time by students and the Professor. I've never seen such blatant disrespect shown in a "classroom" environment.

Great professor. Made you do the work, but made it fun. does a lot of quizzes, so they each aren't worth much so there's not much pressure, and it helps you learn before the exams.

By far one of my favorite professors on campus. There is not a professor on campus who knows more about their subject than Dr. Schuler. He will do anything he can to help you learn, and has a great passion for theatre. More than that, he has a great amount of integrity. I highly recommend taking a class with Dr. Schuler.

Took Intro to Drama with him. He knows exactly what he's talking about. If you just read the plays he assigns you'll do just fine. He's a really easy going guy. Tries his best to make class fun, even though notes can be painful (he admits, and tries to make them quick). May have to cancel class here or there for plays since he directs! :)

Show up to class and take notes and you will do just fine. He is a very nice guy and enjoys an outgoing class. He doesn't grade heavy on the plays that you read.

The only work you have is 5 plays to read during the first half of the semester and take a few quizes and a test(which is easy if you do the reading). After that, you give one easy presentation and a group skit at the end of the class. Must attend 2 school plays. Easy going teacher, not too boring. I would recommend the teacher and class.

This is a great man. Interesting lectures. Can get absorbed in his own work when doing musicals/plays and tends to ramble out of sleep deprivation during class at these times. He is awesome, however.

Very nice professor. Gives adequate notes for quizzes and tests. If taking Intro to Theatre, read the plays he assigns. He will help you out on the quizzes sometimes, but it is really better to know before hand what the play is actually about. Overall great professor. I'd recommend him for any theatre class.
