BIO 211 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: C

She is a nice person but does not actually teach the class. This is a flipped class where you have to teach yourself about plants on a cellular level. She takes off points for stuff on quizzes for stuff that isn't mentioned in the directions. This is the mos frustrating class that I have ever taken and if it isn't mandatory for your major, avoid it

BIO225 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Labs were fun ! Each week we took a field trip to the site we were studying. However, there were weekly blogs and discussion posts we had to respond to. There were no practicals in lab. The test in lecture were tricky. Do not rely solely on her study guides because often she only includes like 2 questions from it.

She relies a lot on critical thinking and reading and understanding the material, not just memorization. She doesn't just lecture the whole time.

Bio211 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Barely cracked it open Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Dr. Lindquist is a great teacher. Plant Biology is not a diffcult class but is a lot of group work outside of class. Just be ready to WORK.. And as far as the lab you will be in there the whole time.

These comments are old and mostly untrue. I've had two classes with her and she never picks favorites. She will go out of her way to help you understand material. Attendance is HUGE-show up or miss quizzes. She's super smart, laid-back, and nice. Give her a chance, the class is a lot of work but you'll learn a lot. She cares about her students.

BIO105 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Horribly boring lectures. Half the time when students are confused and she tries to explain, she just confuses them further. Obviously a very smart woman, but does not know how to pass along her knowledge in a way that makes sense to students. Also, have to agree with previous posts, she obviously picks favorites & grades very strictly.

BIO102 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

I took her BIO 102 class because it was mandatory for my Biology major. She is the only person who teaches it. Because of her, I am no longer a Bio major. Her lectures are boring and unclear. All she talks about is Costa Rica. She def. has favorites. And her grading system is bs. She takes points off too many points for careless mistakes. She puts
