Best professor on campus. Lectures are based on the text. 3 essay test and a book review. Not a difficult professor. Very very very knowledgable.

He is the best teacher I have ever had. I have had three classes with him and he is very helpful. He is always available for the student. His classes are not absolutely easy, but they are not hard. Just do his readings which is not too much. He has 3 exams and 1 book report. He tells you whats on the exam. He will teach the subject. Knowledgeable.

HIST3389 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

WW2. Thought he was hard, didnt go with book and had to take perfect notes to get a good grade. He grades the essays pretty hard and the identifications are worth more than you might expect. Book review wasn't too bad though and he gives a test review but he wants you to reguritate his lectures. Too much focus on military aspects.

I really enjoyed going to Dr. Richmond's class. He has a quirky sense of humor and you have a good time learning in his class. He is very helpful and laid back. He does expect you to know your stuff when you're writing papers for him but he is fair on his grading. I am taking another class with him and I definitely recommend him to anyone.

I took Dr. Richmond for 3300 the summer of 2006. He is a very helpful professor and lectures very well. He is a bit picky on content and form, but that is what you should expect from a graduate history prof.
