ECO345 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Great professor - very good at explaining concepts and making sure students understand concepts. Material was challenging only because of the sheer amount, but he made it easy to understand and connected the material with real-life examples to make sure we understood the concepts. Highly recommend!

ECO200 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Overall great professor but unclear sometimes. He stutters a lot. Attendance not mandatory. There are two midterms and one cumulative final. There is also a few homeworks from the textbook throughout the semester that you must hand in but you never get those back. Explains hard to understand concepts pretty well.

I took this class to get rid of an econ elective for my major as well as a pluralism and diversity credit. I really didn't care much about it, but professor wright made it relatively fun. Tests come straight out of homework and class.

Don't expect to learn sty in class yoyo have to STUDY ON YOUR OWN.ATTENDANCE is NOT important. He has slides that are based on textbook, reads from them and confuses himself while explaining concept. he is always nervous, esp when you ask the question. he gives 2 midterms and final, few HWs, tests are not easy (no review sheet, nothing)

Studied 8+ hrs everyday but still got a C+. WORST PROF EVER! DO NOT TAKE HIM. SERIOUSLY. Stuttters way too much. By the time he's done stuttering, don't know what he's saying. Rolls his eyes if you ask him for help. Told the whole class to not "harass" him. WHAT KINDA PROF DOES THAT? Almost everyone gets a 60 avg on the midterm. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

Very friendly man, Better than most teachers at my home school (NYU). He's willing to answer as many questions as asked. Exams are extremely easy, same kind of questions from HW. As long as you go to classes and take notes. You'll easily get an A or A- without the need of a textbook as long as you can do middle school maths and simple derivatives.

Prof. is great. He is very passionate and knowledgable about the subject. I started enjoying this class because he makes it fun and interesting. He doesn't curve thou and the subject is difficult by itself so no easy A.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. He's actually a really nice guy and incredibly helpful when it comes to the material. I could have cared less at first because this fulfilled an elective but he made the class pretty interesting. Take him.

Hes not a bad prof, but the subject is hard to understand if your not into economics. I was a bit lost but managed to get a B with no curve. You have to study really hard. He doesnt do any type of review, his test are all MC and short answer. He gives 6 HW from book. Hes passionate about the subject so he goes on and on even when time is up.

This professor is terrible. He cannot answer questions. He gives 2 Mid Terms and one Final. Attendance is not counted so his class is always empty except for exams time. Would not recommend him.

Respectful, knowledgeable professor and is very clear with his work. The class isn't extremely easy but that's not because of him, it's because you need to stay on top of your game. You should read the text b4 class b/c after Ch5, it easy to get lost. He will go out of his way to answer your questions no matter how stupid. Do the HW'S = 10 points.

Good professor. Little bit disorganized but passionate and very knowledgeable about what what he teaches. Teaches at a good pace. Answers to your questions can go in circles sometimes. Textbook and workbook are absolutely necessary and cost quite a bit. Definitely recommend taking his course.

I have taken ECON 200&300. He's one of the BEST profs at Hunter, very few hw, an easy grader, but still need to study to get an A. He's nice and his classes are cool. 3exams and 1 final.Your final grade will be curved. He's intereted and also willing to teach in a good manner, and he always do his best to give students good grades.

This is basic microeconomics. Easy stuff, and you can tune out without consequences. He's a lovely guy, but is disorganized and when you ask a question his answer goes in circles....

Not the best professor out there. His exams consist of MC, which are 2 midterms and 1 final. He does give a few HWs to do from the book so yes YOU DO NEED TO BUY THE TEXTBOOK!! His handwriting is hard to read sometimes. If you want to get an A in his class, you have to study real hard cause this is not an easy A class with him being the professor.

I agree with some of the previous comments. Prof. Wright doesn't seem to thoroughly answer questions. At times he stutters when trying to explain something, quickly and inconsistently jumping from one point to another. Its a bit hard to understand. A couple of hw's, no attendance taken, and MC exams. I honestly regret taking this class though.

Had him for macro Economics and as an introductory course he is a nice person but not the best teacher. Terrible hand writing and isn't a very good explainer so I think he should make more use of the board. Two tests and the final and very little homework. It is required to do alot of studying to ensure a good grade

It seems to me that Prof.Wright don't know to explain Labor Economics. If you take his class, ask him some questions and you will see that he is not very prepared about labor. He goes by the book and he don't give any curve at the end even though he said that he will. Also, he looks nervous when he teaches which is not normal. Don't take this guy.

Good Prof. Well be an excellent Prof in about two semesters. He breaks the text into simple ideas. Read the book before class. If you wait for the night before exam to read ? then D it will be! Homework questions always show up on written part of exam. Pay attention when he does review. Plus Prof Wright is nice.
