Professor Hammack is extremely helpful! I took this class in high school and didnt pass but i am doing so well in his class. I actually enjoy going to his class. There is never a reason anyone should fail this class he is so willing to make sure everyone passes. He makes learning cal exciting and easy. There was never a time where he was mean.

Professor Hammack is amazing. His course was challenging, but he was always willing to offer up his time to help. Working practice problems is essential. There was a weekly quiz and homework problems due twice a week.

Professor Hammack is an amazing instructor. He is passionate and genuinely cares whether you do well or not. His quiz questions are generally fairly similar to the homework and he is a fair grader. If you do the practice problems you will do fine.

Amazing professor, always ready to help. His tests are straightforward but you definitely need to do the practice problems to do well in the class. Very energetic and ready to teach. Definitely recommend him! (:

Epitome of what a college professor should be. Energetic, fair, passionate about material, explains it crystal-clearly and as fast or slow as the class/material dictates. Despite being up to his head in research he STILL makes office hours available to anyone, anytime.

He teaches very clear, Homework is just about due every class, half of the test comes from exercises in the textbook and he drops at least 2 hw and the lowest test. He is always glad to help in his office

I hate math but love this class. The class is pretty easy, just go and pay attention and do a project, and your good. I learned a ton.

Hammack is truly a terrific teacher! He is a bit tough on grades, but u learn well beyond what is expected of u. He is extremely nice & respectful. His teaching style is amazing & thorough & his door is ALWAYS open whenever u need to chat -you can even call him @ home. The class was tough, but he has a way of making u want to excel & do great.

I'm a math major and I had to take this class and am so glad I did. Prof Hammack is hard, at least he expects a lot, you can't slide. He is so clear tho and the class was fun.
