I had him for Wills & BA. He is a great professor. His multiple choice questions are hard. He even asks questions that requires you to know the case names !!!!! But overall I love him.

He's pretty funny and tries to keep business associations entertaining. His exams are racehorses and you can bring your code book in with you, but it won't help. If you take him in the summer, its a pot luck everyday!

Definitely the best professor to take for Wills & Trusts. He does an amazing job teaching the course and has several useful sides and hypos to further clarify the difficult material. He really prepares students for the bar exam.

Participation determines a percentage of your grade, ours was 10%. Prof. Wenger is approachable and thorough. Exams are difficult and the subject matter can be fuzzy to learn without diligent reading. Prof. Wenger does a good job of helping to understand difficult cases and rules. Recommended!

I have never taken a business class before and Prof. Wenger made the subject matter not only manageable but pretty interesting. He was always willing to stay after class and meet one on one outside of class. He provides slides and the course is based right off the course book! I would recommend him to other people for sure!

His social skills are not perfect, but he definitely tries. His exams are tough, but very fair. Pay attention, take notes, and you will learn a ton. Recommended!

He assigns a lot of reading (you can skip the non Cal codes, tho), but the class is pretty intellectual and prepares you for the exam (open code), which is a racehorse, but is graded pretty fairly. I'm so glad I switched over from the Cowboy's class.
