The rating's comment: Hm. Lou Hafer is more or less below average in terms of teaching capability, or so I found. His assignments in this course were ridiculously challenging, and his lectures somehow veered off in a direction entirely unrelated to them. Stay away from his courses if you value your time. His assignments took upwards of 10+ hours and were very ambiguous.
