The rating's comment: Confused as to the overwhelmingly positive reviews of this course. To be frank, it's the bane of my existence. Lectures digress into tangents more often than not, and recitation is useless but requires strict attendance. I guess Joy's okay, but "Deliberating Citizen" is unbearable. Avoid at all costs.
