Dr. Conner's a very nice professor. She's down to earth and funny. Very passionate about many causes, and is active in society. Her head can be up in the clouds, and she gets very behind on grading, but that wouldn't stop me from taking her again. Great choice for an Intro to Soc course. 1 major paper.

Dr. Conner is an amazing professor. Her lectures are incredible. I usually hate when professors stand up and talk all class but I wanted to learn more when she was speaking. She really opened my eyes to society and how this world works. Very easy class to pass which is a plus but I would still take her again even if it was hard. A+++

Dr. Conner is absolutely brilliant. She is passionate about what she teaches and she is very knowledgeable on it. She is very respectful of other students' opinions and tries to make students see when they are being closed minded. She really opened my eyes this semester. She taught me lessons that I will never forget.

She's a very nice professor, however, she takes forever to grade the assignments she gives. Textbook is a must for homework. No tests during this class, but discussions are important for credit. Kind of all over the place. At times she won't tell us till last minute that we're going to a speaker. Still a good professor, easyish class.

Prof Conner's Intro to Soc class is amazing. She is so down to earth and connects well with the students. She is an activist, which makes her more passionate in the topics she teaches. She respects everyone's opinion even if she doesn't like it. Classes are mainly seminar-style where you have a discussion about the readings given, which are short.

Prof Conner is great. She allows students to really be themselves. Overall, you will leave that class feeling like you learned something inspirational, BUT she tends to be one-sided at times and fails to give feedback on our assignments. I feel like my final grade was based more on my participation & not my actual work. Still don't know my grades.

Dr. Conner is great person who really wants to change the world. She is very passionate about her subjects and I learned a lot from her class. However, she takes forever to grade assignments. She did not respond to emails which was frustrating. There were some organizational problems as well. No real tests, mostly just papers and readings.

I Like her a lot! She is very knowledgeable. Classes where discussion based. Each week we had reads that we would discuss in class. Had a Mid Term, which mostly written. Then we had a final paper. Overall the class was good. No complains here.

Dr. Conner is passionate, smart, driven and willing to help her students succeed at any level. She is not an easy professor but she will help you grow as a student and is very much worth the work. Would highly recommend.

Very Passionate about sociology and knows her stuff also tries to include relevant clips to make class fun. However she does not provide feedback or post grades or acknowledgement for papers or that shes even looking at your weekly homework which made it really hard to keep doing them when she probably wasnt even looking at them.

Dr. Conner is the best teacher in the Sociology department. She cares about her students and is so knowledgeable. It's nice to have a teacher at Worcester State that doesn't seem as if they just walked in off the street. She'll open up and tell you how it is which is so refreshing. She's passionate about her students and what she is teaching.

Teaches well but TMI. Very lax on grading course work and assigned papers. We still don't have grades on 2/3 of our chapter work or two of the three papers assigned, and certainly not the final grade.

Dr. Conner is great. She is super helpful. She has her flaws but dont we all. She is always willing to help her students learn and will be there for you if you need it no questions asked. She is still learning how to balance school life with being a mom but that will come in time. She is an Amazing teacher the best I have had in my four years here.

Dr Conner is by FAR the best professor at Worcester State, solely because she realizes shes teaching PEOPLE. She's very understanding and actually cares about her students. I've taken 3 of her classes and LOVED all of them. There is homework every week that you submit online, no tests, just papers.

I had Professor Conner for 2 previous classes and I really learned a good amount. She is fairly new, but she is very knowledgeable when it comes to Sociology and family. She will help any student out that needs help. Very nice professor, smart, helpful and somewhat unorganized, due to the fact that she has troubles using Blackboard. Overall GREAT!

Conner is definitely misunderstood based on rumors of her first semester at WSU. It is true that she was a bit frantic, but she has become much more organized and focused with all of her classes. She is very intelligent and is always offering to help students when she notices they're struggling. I am about to take my 3rd class with her.

Class was enjoyable and Professor Conner is a very nice person. She may be a bit inexperienced, but she definitely knows her stuff. Work was nothing unreasonable (just some reading and a few questions) and tests were pretty fair. Textbooks were used fairly often. All in all, not a bad class - I'll be taking her again, for what it's worth.

Good class. not boring at all. lots of discussion. reading is necessary with the reader but not the textbook. professor is hot which never hurts.

I am in this class now. It is the class I most look forward to out of all my classes. she uses real examples that we can relate to, like yesterday we talked about Chris Brown and Rihanna. Haven't had any exams yet, so I can't speak to that but I really like the class so far!
