You spoke, and we listened: the RateMyProfessors 2017-2018 annual Top Lists are here! Using ratings submitted by you, the students, we’ve ranked the top professors and schools in the country.
Leading the nation’s list of universities are Vanderbilt University and Duke University, while Santa Barbara City College and Moraine Valley Community College clinched the top spots on our list of highest ranked junior and community colleges.
University of Alabama’s Douglas Klutz, a Criminal Justice professor, was rated the top university professor in the country — students rave “Klutz is a great teacher who really knows his stuff. He’s a very relaxed teacher and his lectures are pretty interesting to listen to.” Another student says “Professor Klutz is one of the best professors that I have had, if you have the opportunity to take his class take it!”
John Frazier, a Speech professor from Miami Dade College #1 on the top junior and community college professor list. He earned high praise from students, with one user gushing: “Professor Frazier is most amazing person and teacher you will ever meet. Always there to guide you and help you.”
