Class is mostly theory and not a lot of examples. Read the textbook or watch some youtube videos for applying the theory. Very little homework. Test are very straightforward - either you can do the math or not. Highly recommend.

Explains concepts and procedures very clearly. Very helpful. Homework and quizzes are relatively easy and very manageable. Take her class if you can.

If you can, try to take this class with another teacher. Her homework grading is inconsistent and confusing. Plus, when she marks you down she doesn't explain why.... Heaven forbid you question her on her reasoning, you can expect a nice tart response...

Probably most underrated prof here. She is really a mom type of teacher. She writes on board everything that is due for the coming week, every single class time. She spends extra time explaining and teaching, and will really babysit you. Most new students are displeased, but after they go to Johnson or Lau, they beg for Robbin, crying.

Very nice and explains things well. Gives homework back quickly, has you work in groups which was okay. Always answers questions until you understand them.

Good teacher. Knows her students. Gives nice demonstrations. Wants to see students succeed. Wish she did more example and got the class more engaged.

she is sometimes nice when everyone is getting the material, but very cold when you do understand something. she not very good help outside the class, because when you need her she alway claims she got to be somewhere or she just screams at you rudely. sometime she can't explain the work to you,and she gets mad and starts to yell at you.

One of the nicest mathematics professors at SPU. Teaches a lot of the exploratory learning type classes, which are time consuming and frustrating. She's also a stickler for deadlines, so turn things in on time.

She was horrible. She doesn't know what she is talking about. She cannot explain anything that you ask her. Very confusing. Avoid her at all costs.

Great proffessor. She really cares about her students and will do anything for you to help you learn better. Can be confusing but will walk you through anything until you get it

Sometimes you feel like she is teaching below your level and sometimes you have no idea what she is talking about. Didn't explain some things well enough and over emphasized unimportant ones. Nice teacher, tried to be helpful--a LOT of busywork/homework and confusion. Don't reccomend.

Terrible teacher! Couldn't explain it to her self! Once she taught half a class then realized she was doing it wrong. Poor excuse for a prof. Don't take this class from her!
